2009 Chicagoland Buddy Walk - Event Information

Family of 2 (2 t-shirts): $20.00
A family of 2 registration consists of one adults and either one other adult or one child. Each registered individual will receive a Buddy Walk t-shirt at registration.

Family of 3 (3 t-shirts): $30.00
A family of 3 registration consists of up to two adults and one child. Each registered individual will receive a Buddy Walk t-shirt at registration.

Family of 4 (4 t-shirts): $40.00
A family of 4 registration consists of up to two adults and two children. Each registered individual will receive a Buddy Walk t-shirt at registration.

Family of 5 (5 t-shirts): $50.00
A family of 5 registration consists of up to two adults and three children. Each registered individual will receive a Buddy Walk t-shirt at registration.

Family of 6 (6 t-shirts): $60.00
A family of 6 registration consists of up to two adults and four children. Each registered individual will receive a Buddy Walk t-shirt at registration.

$5,000 and over ($5,000.00 + )
A participant who raises over $5,000 will earn a iPod Touch

$2,500 ($2,500.00 - $4,999.00)
A participant who raises over $2,500 will earn an $50 iTunes Gift Card

$500 ($500.00 - $2,499.00)
A participant who raises $500-$2,499 will earn a Buddy Walk sweatshirt.

$250 ($250.00 - $499.00)
A participant who raises $250 - $499 in pledges will earn a Buddy Walk Ornament.

$100 ($100.00 - $249.00)
A participant who raises $100 - $249 will earn a Buddy Walk Sun glass Clip.
